Narcotics Arrest in Vestal

On Saturday February 24, 2024, members of the Vestal Police Department executed a search warrant at 200 Rano Boulevard – Building 4C – Apartment 23.

During the execution of the search warrant, the resident, 43-year-old, Lori Littler, was found to be in possession of (all weights are approximate);

• 375.3 grams of methamphetamine
• 14 grams of fentanyl
• 5 grams of cocaine
• 17 suboxone strips
• Packaging materials
• Scales

She was arrested on the following charges and sent to the Broome County Jail pending arraignment;

• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.18(2), a Class A-II Felony
• 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.16(1), a Class B Felony
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.16(7), a Class B Felony
• 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.09(1), a Class C Felony
• Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.50(2), a Class A Misdemeanor
• Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.50(3), a Class A Misdemeanor
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a violation of Penal Law 220.03, a Class A Misdemeanor

This search warrant was executed by members of the Vestal Police Department’s Narcotics Division, Detective Division, Patrol Division and K-9 Division with the assistance of the New York State Police Troop C – Violent Gangs and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET).
